We normally ship via the US Postal Service, unless you request otherwise. We accept returns of items in usused condition within 30 days of purchase. If your order is damaged or does not match the product description, we will provide a replacement or a refund. I mean, these are the rules, but usually if you just send us a nice email, we can usually work something out human to human. We are not a huge corporate bookstore with a staff of thousands.
