I trained with Bill Norton who talked me into doing this race and
gave me some great advice that helped me finish the race. Some advice
I didn't take like the pre race meal of Beer and Muttin chops. I could
barely walk the next day and on Bill's gret advice forced myself out for a
walk. This does help in the recovery.
