We picked up the car October 2, 2009 and it has been a blast. Great mileage and fun to drive.
I've created a new blog ( my2009hondafit.blogspot.com ) to track our life with this new car. I'll especially be posting the mileage we are getting.

The Honda Fit is getting great reviews. I'm getting an average 37 mpg with our new 2009 sorit fit.

Our Daily Driver
We have a new, 2009 Honda Sport Fit. It is a great little car that is
getting some great gas mileage. We bough a red one. Now maybe people will stop
running to me. The car that it is replacing as my daily driver is a
2003 Hyundai Elantra with 149,000 miles on it, and we still have it.
This is the third Honda we have had in the family. The second Sport Fit. My oldest daughter had a Civic that got 180,000 miles on it and she traded that in on a 2008 Sport Fit.

A Fit 'without limits' joins the line-up at the Tokyo Show in the coming days with the premiere of tuning firm Mugen Motorsport's version of Honda's 2008 model Fit. Engine tuner and parts manufacturer Mugen, the name of which translates to 'without limits', was founded in 1973 by the son of Honda Motor Company's founder Soichiro Honda and remains closely associated with the car maker to this day.
